Planning & Analysis Associate - PGIM Fixed Income (Hybrid)

The Finance team for PGIM Fixed Income, the public fixed income business of PGIM, currently has an opening for a Planning & Analysis Specialist. Headquartered in Newark, NJ, the team works closely with senior management and other business partners, advising on key decision making. The team is responsible for forecasting financial results, management reporting of key business metrics and evaluating strategic initiatives.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
- Play key role in completion of analysis packages for senior management discussions on multi-year forecasts, strategic initiatives, and opportunities to improve financial performance
- Assist with monthly management reporting of Income Statement and other key business metrics
- Review the AUM & Revenue forecast model and prepare various exhibits of financial results
- Review Fixed Income AUM reports including an AUM roll-forward and client flow reporting
- Partner with the business management team to create a more robust strategic planning process
- Help analyze trends in the business and produce insightful analytics for senior management, highlighting key changes and actionable insights
- Assist in product profitability analysis at client and account level and provide further driver analytics
- Assist with various finance and business project initiatives to enhance management reporting infrastructure
- Assist in development of business cases for business initiatives globally, and evaluate new products and strategic initiatives in a timely manner
- Assist with business specific special projects as needed

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate business and financial results
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to thoughtfully analyze, assess, challenge, and influence
- Highly motivated and creative problem solver; strategic thinker on financial matters
- Collaborative and team-oriented style; able to work independently to drive results
- 3 – 5 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, or related
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

The salary range for this role is from $68,400.00 to $101,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
