Client Relationship Senior Associate (Hybrid)

Project Mgmt, Transformation & Strategy - Project Mgmt, Transformation & StrategyThe Enterprise Strategic Relationship Management (ESRM) team is a diverse team that drives development, enablement, solution creation, and partner relationship management of our most critical alliances and enterprise partnerships. Reporting to the vice president, managing director for ESRM the Client Relationship Senior Associate will support relationship management activities, be responsible for preparing executive level presentations, and create supporting analytics and insights to enable successful execution of our enterprise strategic partner programs for Prudential. In this role you will communicate frequently with internal business partners, relationship managers and the managing directors for our most critical partnerships in the insurance, technology, banking, broker and not for profit industries. You will work to gather partner-specific data, summarize insights, and monitor developments at our partner firms. This role will provide exposure to key stakeholders internally and externally; you will work with a variety of subject matter experts and corporate function partners to advance Prudential’s partnerships. Responsibilities:
Provides support to ESRM Relationship Leaders/Managing Directors on a variety of B2B partnerships to solve complex business challenges and identify new ways to drive business growth.
Leads project management and internal communications across diverse internal connection points.
Executes business analyses of defined existing strategic partners by synthesizing complex data and preparing compelling executive-level summaries and presentations.
Maintains analysis of product and services provided to key clients/partners, partner profiles and engagement strategies defined by ESRM and business management teams.
Organizes key business meetings and events, including setting agendas, identifying speakers, and preparing meeting presentations and marketing content.
Works closely with business sales and relationship management teams sharing research, key partner insights and best practices.
Leverages salesforce to support customer relationships and manage the complete view of our corporate customers’ enterprise interactions with Prudential’s different business groups.
Maintains intellectual curiosity about our core businesses and keeps current on your understanding of each Prudential’s businesses, sales/distribution, business relationship management, products, and markets.
Assists in identifying areas where Prudential can add further value to key clients.
Organizes a plan of action in partnership with the senior relationship leaders and various functions.
Assists team in business and client commitments and agreed upon actions.
Qualifications:
Strong project management skills and organizational skills.
Experience working with Agile methodologies.
Ability to think strategically and synthesis complex information.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to “tell the story,” and develop executive level presentations with guidance.
Ability to communicating at all levels across the organization, including senior leaders.
Proven ability to quickly build trusted relationships.
Business and financial acumen.
Success working in a matrix organization.
Self-starter with intellectual curiosity.
A client-service mindset and a desire to take on tough and challenging projects.
Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Team player who thrives in a team environment.
Bachelor’s required; MBA preferred
5-8+ years of experience in financial service, and/or consulting preferred.
Ability to travel up to 25%
