Manager, Marketing Program Management (Hybrid)
Job Summary
Responsible for managing cross-functional integrations of all marketing, partner and creative workflows of various owned and paid programs and channel executions, from brief to creative development and production through delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Manages the creative and marketing milestone development, execution, and production workflow for all marketing projects.
- Liaisons with multiple internal stakeholders and gathers relevant information, including business goals/objectives, design/messaging information, format specifications, timing, and budget.
- Processes, prepares, publishes and communicates project timeline, scope and actions.
- Monitor and regularly communicate updates of the current status of all jobs in progress.
- Manages the routing for approval stages of projects, and review proofs to ensure project objectives have been met and concerns have been addressed.
- Troubleshoots projects and facilitate resolution on high-risk issues which jeopardize the completion, accuracy and quality of projects.
- Collects artwork, hard copies and all other related job materials for release to appropriate internal personnel or outside vendor.
- Leads complex creative assignments and mentors other team members.
- Leads the day-to-day agile workflow process for the creative department
- Analyzes bandwidth and assigns tasks to creative and production teams based on talent and reported hours.
- Opens individual project tickets and works with requestor on details for completion.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience with project management for creative, execution, and production stages of marketing campaigns and projects OR High School/GED and at least 5 years of experience with project management for creative, execution, and production stages of marketing campaigns and projects
- Experience facilitating strategic conversations with executive-level partners and working within teams using the principles of Agile Project Management and Performance Marketing (test and learn optimization).
- Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
- Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- Experience with MS Suite.
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Project (for example: adding resources to a project, assigning resources to a task, leveling resources across task, assigning costs to a tasks, tracking percent complete, start, and finish dates, and viewing progress through the Gantt chart or reports).
- At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the indirect management of team members, including assisting in the development, training and assignment of work/projects to other members of a team.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
- Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team
