The Manager II, Advanced Analytics role is key to the success and growth of the program, ensuring the detection and elimination of as many customer defects as early and systematically as possible. They will be responsible for all data related elements, including query building, data pipeline management, technical collaborations with business and engineering teams, regular program audits, and managing KPIs.

About Customer Care - Defect Reduction

Are you customer-centric and want to help create a world class experience for customers for the World's Largest Retailer? The Defect Reduction team's core mission is to solve core problems for customers swiftly and effectively.

What you'll do:

• Build queries to power the anomaly detection of highly defective, customer-impacting items
• Partner cross-functionally with business and engineering to execute defect detections
• Connect to and effectively maintain data source pipelines
• Create dashboards to track success metrics for the program
• Continuous improvement: Audit and enhance existing detection and reporting capabilities for anomaly detection

What you'll bring:

• Expertise required in Tableau, SQL in Hive/Hadoop/Google Cloud Platform environment, Excel (Preferred but not required: Python, Looker)
• Ability to manage and analyze complex data sets
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in sprints
• Critical attention to detail
• Effective communication - on-time, can toggle between technical and business audience, present business insights

The annual salary range for this position is $120,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
