This exciting role is on the Walmart+ Member Engagement & Retention product team, a key area of focus across W+. This person will be responsible for defining how we bring membership to life in store to engage and retain our existing Walmart+ members. From educating them on the value membership delivers in-store and optimizing our digital assets, to encouraging members to use their benefits in contextually relevant ways, personalizing messaging so it resonates with all segments and ultimately deepening member's relationship with Walmart - the opportunities are endless! This is an area of white space where this PM will come in to understand the space, unlock key opportunities, define the short- and long-term strategy, work across cross-functional stakeholders and build out the feature roadmap/sequencing. The ideal candidate is a rockstar PM with substantial product experience, a passion for omni-channel, a hungry, driven, eager colleague who operates well in a fast-paced environment, is able to pull together clear strategies and ideally has direct in-store experience.
You'll make an impact by:
- Defining vision and strategies for your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, unlocking key new capabilities to deliver value to our members at Walmart scale.
- Leading and delivering on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization
- Manage cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment across partner teams including Technology, Business, and Product partners.
- Managing and executing on a product roadmap by analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities
- Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
- Building platforms and capabilities at scale that deliver even more value for our members

- You have a test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your team's products
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in product management/development
- Experience building digital products/features in partnership with design, engineering, key stakeholders
- Experience making data-driven product decisions and defining product strategy
- Experience defining product strategy and roadmap
- Experience leading product development and management from end to end
- Preferred experience leading direct or indirect reports

The annual salary range for this position is $126,000.00-$216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock equity incentives
