Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Sustains and grows business by developing and maintaining internal and external business relationships; understanding mutual value propositions, risks, and benefits; and supporting engagement and dialogue with stakeholders to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and realize value propositions and subsequent business objectives.

Working to make decisions based on financial and business information; setting and communicating goals; ensuring alignment among stakeholders; monitoring financial information and tracking against planned metrics.

Supports overall financial business operations and new business perspectives by developing perspectives on customer needs and how we may meet them, actioning against those needs, and providing leadership leverage in the operational planning, decision making, implementation, and execution of business goals.

Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

Strong candidates will have a background (either functional or educational) in Business Administration, Strategy, Marketing or Customer Analyses, or other commercial-related functions. Experience working in small, start-up type environments with rapid growth and change is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

Students pursuing a master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Marketing or Customer Analyses, or related field.

Graduating with a master's degree between December 2023 and May 2024.

Willingness to relocate to Bentonville, AR.
