About Walmart Supply Chain Returns Finance

Walmart's Supply Chain Finance Team is hiring a Senior Manager I to support our Retail Returns Business. You will partner across our Finance Teams, Supply Chain Distribution, Walmart eCommerce and the large Network of Walmart Stores by providing insightful financial analysis and facilitating connectivity on decisions and impacts. Reporting to the Finance Director of Retail Returns, you'll support Financial Planning and Analysis, Data Set Management, and Financial Modeling for the process and inventory of retail returns across our large national footprint. You will rely on your data query skills, financial analysis, data visualization, storytelling, and insights to solve complex financial problems.

What you'll do:

• Create and Validate Large Data Sets across multiple departments and third-party businesses for retail returns
• Manage Data Sets and Financial Analysis for different areas of the returns business
• Present to Senior Leadership our monthly financial close metrics and financial statement components such as cashflow, equity and other comprehensive P/L metrics for many areas across the omnichannel returns business
• Investigate and Provide Explanations of residual balances and profit and loss (P&L) accounts and balance of year expectations
• Prepare Financial Budgets through evaluation of business plans
• Use New Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to track indicators such as volume and productivity

What you'll bring:

• You ideally have 3+ years' experience in FP&A, data modeling, analytics tools or related financial analysis with a large corporation or management consulting firm.
• You have experience with the Google Cloud Storage (GCS) Platform Big Query Tool, SQL for finance or operations, or Query for ANSI-compliant relational databases and building data sets and pipelines.
• You have experience in FP&A for major business operations within a large corporate environment.
• You can manage process improvement and the standardization of financial models.
• You have experience developing scorecards, dashboards and clear financial metrics.
• You excel at presenting financial cases to partners and senior-level management.
