Our Marketing team has flexibility on location, for most of our openings, you can live within driving distance to one of our hubs: Bentonville , AR , Hoboken, NJ, San Bruno, CA , Sunnyvale, CA or Los Angeles, CA . We're mov ing toward 3 days in the office per week , with flexibility.

About the Role

As a manager of Walmart Creator, your focus will be on influencer engagement and retention. You will help develop our Walmart Creator program - engaging creators in our portfolio with pertinent programming that helps drive their growth and long-term partnership.

You will partner with engineering, product, business, design, ecommerce, and others. You will need to be a savvy self-starter who loves building from the ground up, leverages data to inform scale, and has excellent communication skills.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the trajectory of emerging customer behavior. You will bridge the art of what's possible across today's rapidly evolving social commerce landscape.

What you'll do:

  • Be empowered to source new ways to build meaningful, ongoing relationships with creators and maintain them active within the Walmart Creator platform
  • Develop valuable programming for influencers that helps drive their business - from platform tutorials, to panels and virtual webinars, to IRL community events
  • Craft relevant email communications, CRM strategies, incentives, and loyalty programs to drive platform usership and content creation
  • Mange organic & paid campaign strategies including building out content calendar of opportunities, casting approach, and end-to-end campaign execution
  • Develop and execute authentic influencer campaigns that will deliver on our brand initiatives, objective sand KPIs: from brief creation and internal alignment to negotiation & content development, all the way through to detailed & thorough recapping.
  • Assess and develop incremental revenue streams for creators beyond affiliate, including but not limited to UGC, live streaming, social commerce pilot opportunities, and mor
  • Be hyper-focused on the data, using data-driven insights to constantly measure & improve platform stickiness. Leverage user insights impactfully - socializing and advocating community feedback internally to drive product strateg.

What you'll bring:
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience in a related area (e.g. Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Loyalty & Retention, Campaign Management, CRM, Digital Media)
  • Expertise in Influencer marketing, especially social players/networks and how creators are using them. Understanding in influencer social and performance analytics. Experience in running influencer campaigns, negotiating contracts, and end-to-end campaign management.
  • Established industry relationships and experience working with executive level business and marketing leaders within client organizations, across media, retail, or e-commerce.
  • You have an eye towards building new processes and frameworks that promote scalability. You are both creative & performance-minded, eager to build best-in-class brand experiences from the ground up
  • Cross-functional partner able to get buy-in and collaboration across multiple teams
  • Builder mentality, ability to build programs from the ground up

The annual salary range for this position is $97,500.00-$162,500.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
