Walmart eCommerce Marketplace connects sellers with shoppers on our platform and enables our sellers to deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a part of the product team, you will be responsible for building best-in class seller experiences that will lay the foundation to drive trust & manage risk on the platform. You'll get to work with many internal, cross-functional teams to develop scalable end-to-end solutions, driving key performance metrics and milestones. The team is in hyper growth mode and is considered a top priority for all of Walmart, Inc.

You will be responsible to realize the vision of building a trusted online shopping experience for customers and sellers while preventing any financial and reputational losses.

As a part of this role, you would build the core foundation of seller data across seller lifecycle. This would entail defining appropriate tools to extract, transform and load data from a wide variety of data sources to build unified and centralized data sets and insights. This centralization would further break down silos and duplication of data to bring a consistent, accessible and less error prone data and improve the time to market of products and features. Further, you would be responsible to build further derived fields that could be used for various business decision making. You would also be responsible to define the tooling to make this data available to other consumers.

This centralized data foundation would fuel many risk models and rules to proactively detect risk signals and timely actioning within the marketplace business and set up for long term success.

You will work with stakeholders across geographies giving you a truly diverse experience. While you would be working for the biggest retailer of the world, the experience would be very much like that of start-up working in small agile teams.

• You have experience building data driven platform product. Experience in e-commerce domain is a plus.
• You're comfortable influencing others, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from. leadership, and communicating clearly.
• You have a strong bias for action, moving the team towards delivery complex products on-time.
• You are a strong cross-functional collaborator with design, engineering, etc.
• You have an analytical mindset for solving the most impactful customer, seller or platform issues.
• You like digging into data and doing some analysis.
• You're excited about solving complex challenges.
• You're customer-centric in spirit and in execution.

You'll make an impact by:
Managing and executing on a product roadmap by analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities.
Defining vision and strategies for your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, and building business cases.
Leading and delivering on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization.
Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.

The annual salary range for this position is $144,000.00-$216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

- Stock equity incentives
