Global CD Senior Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO The Global Career Development team is dedicated to fulfilling BCG’s commitment to accelerated personal development of our increasingly diverse talent pool, which sits at the heart of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP). The Global CD Senior Manager will work with the team to drive a globally consistent, regionally relevant and locally delivered talent management agenda. We are looking for a passionate individual to work with the team: Develop CD in Workday: drive user adoption, answer questions from users, engage and collect feedback for enhancement consideration, write requirements, engage with the Agile team to deliver those enhancements Drive change management and comms: Co-own agenda of functional topic touchpoints with the CD Working team, develop relevant metrics, draft and deliver comms to the CD network, engage regularly with the network Help drive the overall CD agenda: collect best practices, perform analyses, prepare materials for senior meetings YOU'RE GOOD AT Good communication skills (verbal and written) Strong relationship management and collaboration skills Teaming and influencing skills, working across organizational boundaries Knowledge of international cultural differences is a strong plus Expertise in, and passion for, talent evaluation and development topics YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Autonomous, able to tolerate ambiguity, self-motivated. Can-do attitude, creative solutions seeker with flexibility to work in a varying role Able to perform well in a client-oriented environment Ability to multi-task on different projects with sometimes tight deadlines A track record for partnering with professionals at various levels At least basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and teaming tools (e.g., Trello, Slack) Knowledge of BCG’s CD processes preferred (for internal candidates) Expertise in talent management function is a plus Expertise in Workday or other TM tools a plus YOU'LL WORK WITH The Global CD Senior Director and other Senior Manager; the BCG CD network; the HR Agile tribe
