About Our Team

Part of the RDK TPX Team, we oversee the Support/Triage and Data Analytics for the RDK-B(Broadband) on Customer devices.

The Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer who has significant hands-on working knowledge and experience in triaging field issues and driving to resolution.

Working as part of the RDK-B(Broadband) team you will be responsible for performing triage and data analysis of RDK Software on Devices, as well as developing Software tools to automate the Triage and Data Analysis activity.

What You Will Do:

• Monitor new releases, troubleshoot and resolve issues

• Analyze machine metrics and RDK source code

• Develop Software tools to automate the triage and data analysis activity

• Collaborate with other RDK Dev teams, OEM / SOC vendors

Skills & Experience We're Looking For:

• B.S. Computer Science or Engineering

• Experience / knowledge in Computer Networking

• Agile software development

Key tools & technologies you should be familiar with include:

• C, C++, Linux shell scripting, Python / Java

• Linux platforms

• Data Analytics like Splunk, Kibana is plus
