Job Summary

The Xfinity Mobile Protection Plan Experience & Protection product management team is looking for a co-op who is ready to roll-up their sleeves and get ready to jump into a dynamic role. Their focus will be on supporting the XMPP product team which is growing in scope and needs your help driving it forward!

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Supports new product enhancements to drive the XMPP experiences launching in 2023
  • Develop sales incentive programs for our assisted sales channel agents
  • Perform competitive analysis of product and price offerings in order to support strategic initiatives
  • Prepares and reports on financial results including invoice materials
  • Day-to-day support for Go to Market strategies and product functionality changes

Required Skills:

  • Intermediate level of experience – some related work experience/Second Co-op
  • Track record of success navigating and operating in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
  • Strong analytical capacity and business acumen required
  • Curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo in a collaborative way
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration
  • Track record of high performance
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively and consultatively with others

Basic Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a college or university
  • Ability to work 40 hours the entire duration of the program
  • Authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship in the future

Pay:

The range for this role is $18-$20/hour and is based on academic level of achievement and business structure.

  • Rising Sophomore: $18/hour
  • Rising Junior: $19/hour
  • Rising Senior: $20/hour

Base Pay: $20.00
