Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day support of the technology and product demonstration experiences across multiple Executive Briefing Center (EBC) locations throughout the United States. Partners closely with Sr Manager, Upper Market Solutions and product management teams to develop and effectively communicate product/solution differentiation, demonstrating these capabilities via engagements within the EBCs. This position will play a key role in maintaining and updating the lab environments at each EBC facility while helping sales with giving product demonstrations in front of customers, from small business to large enterprise. This position reports into the Senior Manager, Upper Market Solutions & Product Marketing.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Key role in communicating product/solution value propositions for Comcast Business Upper Market in partnership with product management organization & range of internal stakeholders.
  • Contributor to developing and implementing strategies to bring new products and product enhancements to market via EBC engagements and demos.
  • Must be experienced and skilled in collaborating and integrating with product organization and operating cross functionally to drive business results.
  • Has a high degree of technical acumen to lead script-based technical demonstrations across the full range of business products and services
  • Ensures product demo environments are brand compliant, in working order, and equipped with current hardware/software releases for each briefing
  • Closely aligns with product management resources to ensure all demos are reflective of current customer offerings
  • Oversees technical installations and A/V upgrades across locations, while making recommendations regarding facility improvements to enhance/streamline guest experiences
  • Technical lead for program management tool (Quickbase). Updates platform as needed to ensure organized scheduling and program efficiency.
  • Communicates project requirements and coordinates with external vendors to assure project completion.
  • Coordinates multiple priorities while meeting simultaneous deadlines.
  • Follows through to ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables meet specifications.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • BS in Engineering, Business, and/or related technical field experience required
  • Experience staffing executive briefing centers or customer demonstration facilities
  • Technical acumen in telecom solutions, networking, and/or hardware maintenance
  • Experience managing complex A/V systems with multiple interfaces
  • Cable management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong executive presence.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a complex workload with multiple priorities and tight deadlines with a focus on measuring results and improving performance.
