The Technology, Product, Experience (TPX) organization works at the intersection of media and technology and our innovative teams are continually developing and delivering products and next-generation technologies that transform the customer experience Customer Experience Technologies (CXT), led by Rick Rioboli, EVP and Chief Information Officer, is responsible for the technology, systems and tools that support the customer lifecycle (sales, activation, billing, support, etc.), as well as employee-facing teams such as human resources, finance, and workplace information technology. What You’ll Do:This person will be responsible for project management activities that help propel our business forward. This includes alignment for strategic programs and coordinating among a wide range of cross-functional internal and external partners to ensure that programs are within the scope and on schedule with mentorship and support from the team. You'll serve as the program lead for specific, defined multi-discipline technical programs or projects of greater than average complexity and scope. This role offers professional growth opportunities since you're responsible and accountable in the planning, development, and delivery of new technical programs. Works with moderate mentorship in own area of knowledge while ensuring high quality delivery and execution excellence.
What You’ll Need:- Understands the scope of technical programs as defined by the product and business requirements and the budget process. Actively participates in the key planning of program landmarks breakthroughs, and drives alignment to these landmarks breakthroughs. Uses specific knowledge about one or more technical areas to research, plan, communicate and achieve objectives through program/project team.
- Investigates and supervises accurate record keeping with regards to project start, landmark dates, production logs, material costs, and labor expenditures.
- Maintains program plans and program record. Works with the core team and senior staff member(s) to identify and schedule all the work required to fulfill program scope, including identification and management of critical path tasks.
- Drives the development and implementation of key goals, objectives and success criteria for the program. Ensures clear communication and alignment with shareholder and delivery teams. Recommends changes to improve the engineering process and to alleviate process inaccuracy and excess.
- Works to identify blocked or stalled stories and assists the team in learning to resolve the issues or assists getting resolution.
- Develop, maintain and lead detailed project plans and status reports, action item registers and major achievement timelines for all assigned projects. Build and maintain process workflow documents to support business needs.
- Communicates updates on major achievements and keeps all collaborators advised of progress and issues. Works with senior staff members to handle proposed changes to program parameters and ensures appropriate processes and communications are followed. Works under normal supervision. Follows established directions.
- Serve as liaison with Divisional and Regional market resources to prepare markets, system and resources for deployment.
- Collaborate with field partners to streamline processes to build better efficiencies to align with our day-to-day objectives
- Delivers on commitments while demonstrating a high level of integrity and respect for all teammates and shareholders.
- Consistent exercise of independent and collaborative judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime should it be deemed vital.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
