Sr. Technical Program Manager, Developer Experience

Job Summary
The DevX Strategy Team is seeking a talented Sr. Technical Program Manager with a passion for improving developer experience. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional projects for our DevX Strategy team, as well as with engineering teams across the company. Our team is focused on Software Engineering Architecture, Open Source, and upskilling through the Comcast Dojo. You'll work closely with high-level team members across TPX and have an opportunity to deliver a real impact for our team and the company.Job Description

What you’ll do:
- Build and run cross-functional projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, great communications, and excellent quality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering teams and leaders inside and outside DevX
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
- Collaborate with teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Facilitate communication and decision-making across teams and stakeholders
- Ensure projects align with company-wide goals and initiatives
- Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, and resources
- Participate in roadmap planning for DevX Strategy, including alignment with the other teams in DevX
- Prioritize and enable key team-wide initiatives, like eNPS, all staff meetings, and quarterly planning efforts
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience with large programs in a software engineering environment
- Excellent project management skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of business operations and financial management

Bachelor's Degree
