Job Description

Overview of the Role:

Responsible for managing the pricing, packaging and documenting of new product ideas and conducts user need analyses for ancillary products so that subscriber and financial objectives are achieved. Conducts the budgeting, planning, analysis and monitoring required to ensure unit and financial targets are met for assigned products. Manages ongoing product management of new and existing products. Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business goals. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees.

In this position you will:

  • Become an expert on cable and the intricacies of plant data

  • Contribute to developing our product strategy for plant data reporting, identify new opportunities, and create a shared vision throughout the organization.

  • Own the overall product roadmap for Broadband Data Collection (BDC) program and other GIS based tools.

  • Discuss product features with engineering leadership to align on goals and solutions.

  • Work with multiple development teams following agile practices.

  • In the long term, establish a talent pipeline of product managers who are passionate about creating useful products.

About the TEAM:

The Product management team works within the AEGIS organization. The AEGIS organization manages outside plant data and owns many internal facing GIS based tools.
