Core Responsibilities

• This role will be responsible for providing financial and operational reporting and modelling for business planning and decision support.

• Partners with senior management to support business planning and operational processes throughout the year.
• Analyzes data/performance measurements, communicates findings and risks and makes suggestions to improve processes.
• Supports business unit management and other departments with informational requests and special projects.
• Ownership of large cap-ex budgets
• Management of 2 analysts
• Possesses understanding of Company policies and procedures and continually implements and reviews policies and procedures for consistency.
• Trains, supervises and develops Finance staff. Owns the day-to-day performance of the Finance team and makes suggestions to upper management for work performance improvement.
• Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as the need arises.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as needed.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
