DUTIES: Manage a team within the TPX department, responsible for the development of mobile devices for Xfinity Mobile; design and develop physical SIM and eSIM solutions using Comprion and the SIM toolkit; work with the 4G and 5G telecom network protocols; define requirements for various SIM applets; work with the SIM vendor to create SIM profiles; define use cases and architecture for Over the Air (OTA) SIM management and eSIM management platforms; develop EDI processes for secure SIM data sharing between SIM providers, network partners, and BSS systems as needed; manage IMSI ranges across multiple SIM providers; set up the SIM test infrastructure, and perform end-to-end certification testing of SIM cards, including creating and executing certification test plans; use QXDM and QCAT to trace and diagnose device logs debug SIM issues using test emulators and tools during development and post launch operations; perform production operations activities after the product launch; and guide and mentor junior-level engineers.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and six (6) years of experience developing SIM solutions using Comprion and the SIM toolkit; of which three (3) years of experience includes working with 4G or 5G protocols; and of which one (1) year includes using QXDM and QCAT to trace and diagnose device logs.
