Job Description
The Pricing CoE – Deal Structuring & Pricing (DSP) Integration Manager is a high impact position that sits within the Pricing Center of Excellence, part of Accenture’s Sales Excellence corporate function. This role is responsible for execution of initiatives for and in collaboration with the Deal Structuring & Pricing (DSP) group to ensure effective enablement of Accenture’s pricing professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
Support the successful stand-up and evolution of the Deal Structuring & Pricing organization in line with FY23 priorities
Work closely with Deal Structuring & Pricing to identify gaps/needs and coordinate across Sales Excellence and DSP to address and execute
Evangelize DSP expertise through collateral development and best practice sharing both within and outside of DSP
Engage in Value-Based Deals program to improve connection and drive progress on key actions
Partner with DSP Marketing & Communications to ensure dissemination of key messages and collateral
Proactively identify trends and provide insight on opportunities for price and profitability optimization both overall and across priority accounts/deals
Stakeholder Education (includes tools and process) – Drive upskilling of pricing professionals, equipping them with the context and confidence to exhibit profitable pricing behaviors
Serve as liaison between Markets/Services, Pricing CoE and DSP teams to ensure the necessary support exists to elevate DSP presence
Create and execute medium to high complexity workplans
Role Requirements:
Relevant experience in pricing is required
Must support/mirror working hours for the supported Market Unit or other business area
Must be flexible with work hours according to business needs
Must have good internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines
