Department Overview

We are seeking a skilled digital marketing front end web designer to help manage the layout and visual assets of our website. The candidate will develop and deploy front-end website code changes and visual content that will be key to our marketing campaigns. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a talented, results driven team of professionals and gain invaluable knowledge of how web development interplays with complex multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Job Description

Design, develop, test, and implement front-end code and layout for our website
Work with team to maintain, enhance, and scale our website infrastructure
Ensure that the website is mobile-first, and page load is optimized for Core Web Vitals
Build and maintain web pages; upload and format content in our CMS (Contentful)
Create and edit visual assets for performance marketing initiatives; images, video, and PDFs
Work with team on website user behavioral tracking and analysis
Work with team on Conversion Rate Optimization and A/B testing
Work with team on a clear website deployment and QA process
Collaborate with marketing teammates, senior management, and other project stakeholders to accomplish marketing project goals

Qualifications

3+ years experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript as a Front-End Developer
1+ years experience with Node.js, Vue.js, Nuxt, and React frameworks
3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Pro: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Acrobat Pro, etc…
Experience with cloud hosting platforms (Netlify, Heroku, GCP, AWS, etc)
Experience with responsive front-end web development
Experience using CMS tools; like Contentful, WordPress, or Webflow
Experience working with a marketing CRM; like HubSpot or Magento
Experience with creating lead generation PDF guides and web banners for campaigns
Experience with editing video footage for website usage
Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Knowledge of heatmap tracking tools
Meticulous attention to detail, and capable of thorough testing
Self-starter able to complete projects and analysis independently
Strong communicator and team member. Able to work cross-functionally
Project management abilities
A creative thinker who enjoys working with teammates on solving problems and creating interesting marketing initiatives
Experience with Figma is a bonus

Basic Requirements

1+ years experience with HTML5, CSS, or JavaScript
