The Rolls-Royce F130 is the Rolls-Royce entry into the competition to replace the engines that power the B-52 aircraft, which is the U.S. Air Force’s iconic strategic bomber. As a Project Manager you will be part of a team responsible for tracking and minimizing program risks, and interfacing between external and internal customers to elicit and validate all stakeholder requirements including business, technical customers and partners. The Assembly &Test IPT project manager will also have support responsibility for planning the internal and external V&V engine test projects, planning and maintaining the resource schedules, which includes the Cost Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value & Estimating processes.

Key Accountabilities:
- Define and maintain the MA&T program WBS and budgets using the Cost Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value & Estimating processes.
- Generate and maintain the MA&T program supplier Purchase Orders (PO) as needed
- Help develop and deliver the project schedule(s) and Maintain a focus on budget targets
- Support the project risks (technical, cost, supply chain and schedule) are identified and managed in accordance with the risk management plan
- Engage in technical, manufacturing and supply chain to identify issues and opportunities to enable quick decision making

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or Science and 2+ years of relevant engineering experience, OR
- Master’s degree in business, Engineering or Science, OR
- JD/PhD
- In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project/Function Management Engineering Experience
- Previous experience with Cost Account Management is preferred
- Good communication, presentation skills and an ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
- Experience in business case development
