Join the newly formed Home Care DMC for Europe and help us grow the business together! The DMC (Digital, Media & eCommerce) Hub is responsible for a consistent and end-to-end consumer experience across all touchpoints - a new and fully integrated team that will set the business up to take full advantage of the growth opportunities offered by the convergence of media, digital marketing, and eCommerce. It focuses on category expertise, developing and executing winning category-specific strategies. You, the terrific growth momentum, and a portfolio of strong global brands and beautiful local jewels are all ingredients for success.


Your job purpose is to support our regions and beloved brands to create world-class content in their end-to-end consumer experiences. You lead the way on how to develop content that stands out from similar content online and drives brand memorability and impact while engaging audiences in a way that increases their desire to interact or buy from the brand.

In your role, you evolve and apply governance standards for content quality, effectiveness, and consistency across all digital content marketing channels.


  • You are responsible for translating the global content strategy to the BU plan. You partner with regions, agency talent, and platforms to drive world-class brand communications planning and creative execution.
  • You lead the way on the recommended process for creating content in an efficient way. You seek opportunities for digital asset creation excellence, including across modular creative. Including the tech & tooling cross-region.
  • You are responsible for the operation model with our content agencies
  • You are showing the way how our regions can get consumer, competitive and cultural insights to inspire the ideation and execution of unmissable content that is relevant to the brand.
  • You lead the innovation/learning roadmap for content, deciding the creative testing priorities. You also play an important role in our creative partnerships with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google.

Skills you should have

  • Content development – Content is your middle name. You know everything about content development, next-generation content, the standards, shoppable content, and content as a service.
  • Consumer love – You bring the voice of the consumers into everything you do. You always look for better ways to serve consumers and you know how to translate this to digital marketing to create the best content for our consumers.
  • Experimental mindset - You want to test everything; you see failures as opportunities to learn and you prefer to put something live now to perfect it later.
  • Entrepreneurial - You are a self-starter, inquisitive, curious, see a challenge in innovative, complex projects, and do not give up before all possibilities have been explored.
  • Agency management – You will need to manage multiple agency relationships across Europe, and be accountable for their timely and quality delivery, as well as excellent briefings and relationship management


Min. 5 years of work experience preferably in content marketing and

  • with content development; content marketing, SEO content, and eCommerce content.
  • with content and CMS tools, platforms, and technology (e.g. DCO, Adobe).
  • with digital mandatories and content pre-testing.
  • with stakeholder management; internal- and external, global and market level.
  • in managing outsource teams that coordinate editorial, production, and content coordination resourcing and workflow.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
