The Executive Director, Product Portfolio Strategy Lead, Prostate Cancer will lead the creation, implementation, orchestration and measurement of the integrated product strategies for an indication of the assigned product within the prostate space in the US. This individual will contribute to the key decision making for maximizing the treatment impact while actively and appropriately managing resource allocation across multiple teams/functions. This will be done in consultation with various teams and functions including: Sales, Patient Specialty Services, Market Access, Managed Markets and Medical about their respective strategies, plans and proposed re-sourcing.

This role will contribute to the management of the full P&L for the assigned products, under the leadership of the Vice President for the Portfolio and will partner closely with functional heads for decision-making of resource allocation to deliver the most accelerated impact for the product. Additionally, the Executive Director role will be responsible for the 5-year product portfolio strategy, to ensure continued leadership and growth of the brand. This leader will be a key member of the RLT Product Portfolio Integrated Strategy Organization and is expected to demonstrate accountability for all aspects of commercialization and for broader enterprise leadership in their decisions and engagement across the US Pharma organization. This leader will also coordinate all LCM activities in coordination with the Portfolio LCM Director, and work closely with the cross-functional partners to implement launch strategies for long-term growth

This leader has a passion for transformational enterprise leadership, decisive strategy in service of delivering higher impact for patients, customers, healthcare systems with higher quality, speed and agility. Additionally, this leader will be responsible for ensuring that customer engagement and relationship building are factored into the product/ indications’ strategic approach and performance metrics to optimize the approach and identify potential areas of risk. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can work with a high degree of autonomy, in a dynamic environment utilizing creative problem-solving skills and industry knowledge.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Define critical and specific integrated priorities and key impact measures for the treatment in consultation with the cross-functional product strategy team
· Integrate, lead, measure and take decisive action against the KPIs on the integrated product strategy to raise impact for product. Establish and coordinate management of KPI’s across all functions accountable for the integrated product strategy
· Significant contribution to the P&L of a product/indication while enabling partner functions to manage day-to-day resource management
· Integrate key insights and data in partnership with functional heads to have an adaptive strategy and tactical plan in service of higher impact for our medicines
· Appropriately partner with functional heads in trade-off decisions
· Talent development, retention and growth and culture custodianship

This is a US based position; no international relocation will be provided for this position.

This position will be located at the East Hanover, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. This position will require 10-20% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international).
