You are:
A skilled developer with strong leadership skills and a talent for shepherding projects along in a timely and efficient manner so that companies can do more. Communication and relationship-building skills? You have both in spades and you use them to identify requirements, craft solutions, and get clients to green light proposals. You’re not daunted by sophisticated problems, thanks to your next-level analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, and you are great at bringing out the best in team members.
The Work:
Work with team members to assess business requirements and then tailor solutions using the [Register to View] platform
Write code as part of creating a custom platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, front-end web technologies), as well as integrations with back-office systems (often using middleware tools), and sophisticated data migrations
Participate in development work streams, from design through testing and roll out
Keep up good relationships and rapport with clients to spot and solve risks, and give timely project updates
Review code written by your peers
Participate in software development projects, helping to estimate work and staffing resources, and deciding on the schedule
Help with getting applications live, as well as with handing applications off and setting up clients for long-term success by giving them the knowledge they need
