Provide cloud-based architecture development in support of the Engineering and Digital Integration programs. As a member of the team, the Cloud Architect will be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure in support of a major network development and deployment project.
Shared asset across contracts within the Engineering and Digital Integration (EDI) organization
Responsibilities
- Take ideas from concept to production using AGILE, DevSecOps, and Open-Source tools.
- Assist in and/or implement all aspects of the software development lifecycle: requirements generation, design, code, verification and test, and maintenance.
- Design and generate code per software coding and design standards, applicable solution documentation, and established practices that are consistent with the overall system architecture.
- Work with other team members to ensure smooth operations of AWS, Microsoft, and other public and private Cloud hosted workload.
Qualifications
- Education / Certifications:
- Skills & Technology Used:
- Experience and understanding with Cloud and Virtualization technologies.
- Experience with AWS Services, AZURE, and Automation.
- Well-versed in code and script (Python, JSON, SQL, MySQL).
- Experience working with developers and engineers.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks at once in a highly collaborative environment.
- Clearance Requirement: ability to obtain Secret Clearance
