Job Description BAE Systems is looking for a Senior-Level Intelligence Management Specialist – Admin Support. This specialist will assist ATTC senior and division leadership in ensuring personnel, administrative, and logistical considerations that underpin ATTC intelligence activities are accomplished in a timely manner.

Job duties include, but not limited to:
Support ATTC travel activities, to include managing and facilitating Defense Travel System (DTS) activities, to include role as an Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA).

Manage tasks and requirements assigned to ATTC elements, preparing staff packages for and / or correspondence to DIA / other senior leadership.

Maintain ATTC senior leader calendars and / or scheduling engagements between ATTC seniors and DIA / other senior leaders, and maintain rosters and organizational charts to ensure transparency and facilitate interaction with ATTC customers and stakeholders.

The successful candidate shall possess experience in project management, use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), experience in requirements / task management tools such as COLISEUM, eTask, JSAP, or equivalent, and strong written and verbal communications skills. Experience working in a headquarters environment in support of senior government personnel is preferred.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience in use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to manage senior leader calendars and maintain rosters and organizational charts
  • Ability to manage tasks and requirements assigned to different elements
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • HS Diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience with admin support or Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience with admin support
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience with working in a headquarters environment in support of senior government personnel
  • Experience managing and facilitating Defense Travel System (DTS) activities
