NCRC Security Manager
Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Security Program Manager to join our Cyber Range Operations team supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC). This facility supports the Test Resource Management Center’s (TRMC) mission to provide realistic cybersecurity environments for test and evaluation of major DoD acquisition programs and to enable the conduct of realistic training and certification events for the DoD Cyber Mission Force. The NCRC facility may also support non-DoD customers such as Department of Homeland Security (DHS), industry, academia and international partners. The successful candidate will serve as a Security Program Manager at the Orlando, Florida site. This position is contingent upon award.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Interpret and enforce government and company security policies and provide direction and guidance to program personnel.
- Interface with program managers and maintain liaison with US Government Program Security Officers.
- Provide prime/subcontractor security support and direction including the development and maintenance of DD254's and security guidance.
- Develop and revise program level security plans, procedures and instructions.
- Provide classification guidance to employees, develop and provide security education and awareness training, conduct security briefings, lead security self-inspections and audits, and investigate security incidents.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- 8+ Years with HS, 6+ Years with AA, 4+ Years with BS, 2+ Years with MS; cyber security and/or intelligence experience
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Interpret and enforce government and company security policies and provide direction and guidance to program personnel.
- Manage and provide direction for on-Site Security Officers
- Possess a high level of understanding and previous application of the ICD-503, to include, but not limited to; intrusion detection systems, access control devices, TEMPEST requirements, drawings/specifications, etc. for DoD and IC customers.
- Develop OPSEC Plan and provide training for the program team
- Conduct all defensive security briefings
- Thorough knowledge and demonstrated application of the U.S. Government security standards.
- Visitor Access Request Management
- Interfaces with program managers and maintain liaison with US Government Program Security Officers.

- Conduct security audit and controls
- Installation security agreement reviews
- Support to other security disciplines to include: Personnel Security, Physical Security, Information Assurance (IA), Document Control and Visitor Control. Candidate must be able to respond to after hour alarms.
- Ability to apply the foregoing knowledge of government security requirements in a complex multi-level secure environment to ensure program compliance in non-routine situations.
- Ability to work independently to identify, assess & resolve unique security situations with innovative solutions geared to facilitate contract performance within the bounds of security requirements.
- Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on clear and cogent presentation of complex information.
- Ability to manage time, make sound decisions, take independent action, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions.
- Must have a professional demeanor, good people skills, and ability to communicate effectively, and be able to perform in a multi-tasked, dynamic environment.
- Must be able to take initiative and manage and balance multiple competing or complimentary requirements
- Strong leadership and management skills with a demonstrated ability to resolve issues effectively
- Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Microsoft Excel/Project
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
