The Plans, Strategy, Policy, Doctrine, and Technical Support Lead shall be responsible for overseeing programs, initiatives, and projects under the task order in the area of plans, strategies, and policies.

Please note that the work location is Ft Gordon, Augusta GA with 25% travel to other CONUS and OCONUS sites.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Daily work activities shall include, but are not limited to, leading and overseeing current and future operational planning support and providing direct subject matter expertise in the analysis of doctrine, policy, and operational relationships within the greater cyberspace operations community.

  • The Plans, Strategy, Policy, Doctrine, and Technical Support Lead shall also provide review and recommendations to CONOPS, strategic plans, operational plans, policy, doctrine, authorities, and statutes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in field related to National Security, cybersecurity, IT, or computer science with 12 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s Degree with 10 years of prior relevant experience.

  • At least five years’ experience (with at least one year having occurred in the past five years) supporting plans, strategy, policy, and doctrine development within the cyberspace operations community.

  • At least seven years’ experience (with at least one year having occurred in the past five years) in providing subject matter expertise in operational planning in support of military organizations and CCMDs future and long-term planning efforts.

  • At least five years’ experience briefing and conducting presentations for senior military and Government officials (equivalent to General Flag Officer/Flag Officer and Senior Executive Service personnel).

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience (e.g., responsible for handling project scope, cost, resources, risk, and schedule).

Clearance Required

  • Requires TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance

Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) Cyberspace Operations Support

Pay Range:

Pay Range $118,300.00 - $182,000.00 - $245,700.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
