Leidos is seeking experienced Budget Analysts for our client’s operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Virginia and Maryland area. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community and directly contribute to development and implementation of Agency budgets.
Primary Responsibilities: Financial Services Budget Analyst
In-depth knowledge related to one or more of the designated:
Conduct budget analysis of financial data calls and portfolio reviews.
Development and evaluation of fiscal program builds. Coordinate with other Agencies.
Develop spend plans, tracking spending and execution, documenting financial commitments, obligations, and expenses.
Draft inputs to the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB) to Congress
Participate in the Intelligence planning, Programming, Budget, and Evaluation (IPPBE).
Basic Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Poly
Demonstrated experience with either budget formulation or budget execution activities
Demonstrated experience with budget analysis
Demonstrated experience with IPPBE processes
Experience with working in the Intelligence Community
Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with major impact on the area of responsibility.
Responsible for entire projects or processes spanning multiple professional areas.
May be responsible for coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals.
BA degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be exchanged for degree requirement.
At least 3 years working with or in the Intelligence Community

Pay Range:
Pay Range $84,500.00 - $130,000.00 - $175,500.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
