Description

Leidos is looking for a Senior ISR Support Specialist at Offutt AFB, NE. Candidates must currently possess a TS/SCI security clearance in order to be considered. The candidate will support a broad range of activities to ensure effective program management focused on Organizing, Training, and Equipping for world-wide ISR operations for the 55 Operations Group at Offutt AFB, NE.

The ISR Support Specialist serves as an advisor to squadron and group leadership, and develops processes for assessing readiness as well as briefs readiness to senior leaders. They will also provide input on policies and procedures for accomplishment of program health, status, and overall effectiveness of ISR Operations systems, sensors, collection platforms, and processing, exploitation and dissemination activities.

This position will advise on the force development of Airmen from multiple specialties and the consolidation of the group's ISR mission essential training tasks, identification of supporting organizations/activities, documentation of lessons learned, and mitigation of negative impact to operational activities.

The successful candidate will plan and lead special projects and studies that influence both near and long-range plans, make recommendations on a broad range of ISR operations issues, and ensure Group level planning is effectively aligned with Air Force, CCMD, and national requirements. The Lead will also provide hands-on training on a broad range of subjects including but not limited to the processes required to input/extract data, build assessments, and brief leadership.

Required Skills:

This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 13-20 years of relevant experience (Experience may be considered in lieu of degree).

TS/SCI security clearance on day 1.

Desired Skills:

  • Possess at least 8 years of ISR experience, including curriculum development and experience in program management and database management.

  • Previously an instructor and/or evaluator.

  • Experience with PEX, SharePoint, data analysis, data visualization, and advanced understanding of Excel.

  • Staff experience to include a prior position as SDO, DO, or head of Scheduling, Training, Stan/Eval, UDM, or XP

Pay Range:

Pay Range $75,400.00 - $116,000.00 - $156,600.00
