Summary of Job Duties:Collects and maintains student data. Completes applications and verifies eligibility through DHS using eligibility forms. Maintains packages containing DCC information for distribution to students. Assist with student recruitment, student orientation, and other assassinated duties as given by the program director.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Monitors acceptance of newly enrolled students and participates in student orientation. Completes all intake information and enters information in database. Submits monthly verification list to ADHE/CPI for eligibility report of students through DHS. Ensures all entry forms for intake, eligibility and verification are filed and sent to counselor for further evaluation. Schedule meetings with students monthly as well as visit via zoom as well as assist with other processes of CPI services.
Qualifications:

Candidates must have an earned bachelor's degree from an accredited institute. Master’s degree required in following areas Higher Education, Education, or Business or in progress. Completed Career Development Facilitator (CDF) or in progress.
