Job Summary

This is an experienced senior level security analyst responsible for managing the ServiceNow, SecOps and Vendor Risk Management (VRM) modules. The analyst is the ServiceNow subject matter expert providing support to stakeholders. Assumes appropriate administrative, project management, team lead and/or supervisory responsibilities.

Please note this position is hybrid, comprised of remote and in office work. PSEG reserves the right to amend the hybrid model at any time.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Manage and develop ServiceNow, SecOps and VRM module
  • Drives and executes projects within ServiceNow
  • Manages quality assurance rollouts and performs functional analysis to assess the robustness of workflows and designs
  • Identify and recommend workflows and process improvements within the organization with relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate on cyber privacy and security policies and procedures.
  • Perform other cyber security-related duties as assigned

Job Specific Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 or more years of experience in Information Security or related technical field.
  • Without a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Security or related technical field.
  • Experience managing and developing in ServiceNow, SecOps and VRM module or similar modules

  • Experience with cloud computing and can implement strong security to protect cloud first environment.

  • Experience with key information security technologies such as SIEM, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, vulnerability assessment, encryption, identity and access control systems, anti-malware, and security event analysis

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels, from executive and business unit leadership to staff.

Desired:

  • ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent
  • Programming Experience in Python
