Job Summary
PSEG is seeking Interns to help support the Materials & Logistics team. This team is responsible for safely obtaining, storing and dispersing out inventory to support all aspects of PSE&G’s field and project operations.
This position will be Hybrid – in-person and remote (Subject to change based on safety/CDC guideline)
Job Responsibilities
Potential assignments will include but are not limited to:
1. Inventory Control Procedure process updates and inventory stocking policies.
Audit issues and ensuring the new processes are properly documented.
2. Track compliance calendar activities and provide updates to M&L Management and Compliance Analysts.
Ensuring compliance tracking.
3. Help streamline the compliance reporting process.
Reduce time and effort to produce our reporting.
Job Specific Qualifications
The successful candidate must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or similar related major with an anticipated graduation date between December 2023 and June 2025, candidate must have completed sophomore level course work for consideration. Candidate must have demonstrated leadership, project management & public speaking skills with extensive experience in data analysis and problem solving. PSEG recognizes institutions of higher education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent. Because this position requires driving to various PSEG Locations, a valid driver's license and safe driving history
All PSEG internship roles are paid at an hourly rate, however there are no benefits associated with these positions. We are targeting: Currently enrolled/matriculating students and able to commute to the assigned work location as needed. Housing, transportation, immigration Support will not be provided in association with these positions.
