Summary:

In this role, you will work in a cross functional team responsible for developing or managing BI solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, other analytic teams and central engineering team to develop products.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work in an agile environment within a DEVOPS team.

• Model scalable BI solutions that help deliver quick insights.

• Run ad-hoc analyses to help drive projects and key business initiatives forward.

• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements which include automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing data model for greater scalability and performance.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in real-time to provide guidance on necessary updates in code and UI.

• Perform data validations and QA of own work and the work of team members as required.

• Document business logic, program code and track changes to enable cross-training and usability.

• Own projects and processes end to end as required, to help manage product support independently.

• Utilize SSIS, Excel, and other in-house tools/functions to Extract Transform, Load and analyze data with built-in exception handling.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field preferred.

• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.

• SQL query coding experience with MS SQL and/or Oracle databases required.

• Prior Work in a DEVOPS Model with CI/CD preferred.

• Experience performing root cause analysis on solutions to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement needed.

• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Experience training testing and deploying machine learning models for analytical solutions preferred.

• Expertise with architecting and developing ETL packages using SSIS or preferred.

• Familiarity with big data platforms like MS Azure preferred.
