The Role at a Glance:
We are excited to bring on a Senior Organization & Leadership Effectiveness Consultant to join our dynamic HR organization! This role offers an opportunity to apply your leadership development and program coordination knowledge to current business environment, while collaborating and solutioning as a business colleague and partner.
As a member of our HR O/LE team, you will leverage your proven relationship management, collaboration, coordination, time management and planning skills to ensure that executive level career investment opportunities, Summits and associated experiences are designed, coordinated, managed and delivered for a superior experience and results.
What you'll be doing:
- Credibly manage executive career development experiences .
- Ensure alignment of all experiences and mitigate issues that may impact delivery by coordinating scheduling with other events, consistent messaging, vendor support and delivery, etc.
- Create and implement a measurement process that engages participants and enables the Office of the CEO to test and learn and develop and improve delivery methods and content.
- Collaborate across departments and functions to ensure seamless quality delivery including but not limited to Communications, Events, Talent Development, Employee Experience, etc.
- Provide timely reporting and updates to the VP Organization and Leadership Effectiveness and the SVP Office of the CEO.
- Serve as an ambassador for Executive Development, looking for ways, both internally and externally to improve career development experiences and driving adoption of learning across Lincoln.
- Serve as a point person for executives to provide feedback and get their questions and concerns addressed.
- Serve as a SME on the Executive Development Experience at Lincoln.
What we’re looking for:
Must-haves:
- Undergraduate degree or 5+ years of comparable work experience
- 5+ years of experience in leadership learning and development
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to establish and maintain trust with all clients and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze, evaluate and synthesize large volumes of complex communication
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Nice-to-haves:
- Educational concentration in Education, Adult Instructional Design, Psychology or related field
- Equal focus on strategy and tactics – process is important!
- Comfortable playing “devil’s advocate” while maintaining rapport
- Comfort in a fast-paced and, at times, ambiguous environment
- Self-starter, enjoys working with clients to come up with innovative strategic solutions
- Enjoys collaborative, problem-solving with an appreciation for others who bring questions and new ideas to the “table”
- Models authenticity and a willingness to learn

Pay Range: $87,700 - $159,900
Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
