Global M&C Transformation Analyst
WHAT YOU'LL DO Our ambition is to transform the Marketing and Communication (M&C) function – making it a truly metric driven function that enhances BCG’s performance. As a critical member of the Global M&C Team, you will work with the Global M&C Transformation team to provide analytical support – both quantitative and qualitative - for major initiatives critical to enabling our change agenda. Your key responsibilities will be: Gather, organize and analyze data from various internal and external sources (e.g., financial & budgeting data, HR data, marketing KPIs, internal & external benchmarks), conduct research (e.g., desk research and expert interviews), form hypotheses, communicate findings in a structured manner (e.g., XLSX models, PPT presentations/reports) Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to collect, clean and explore operational data (Finance, HR/People, Performance Measurement) to find trends and communicate these in a compelling manner Support analyses and planning for M&C-wide transformation initiatives overseen by the M&C Transformation team Present analyses and findings to key stakeholders, including Leads of the M&C function, M&C leadership and BCG leadership YOU'RE GOOD AT You are a young professional with proven analytical and coordination experience in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment, with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships throughout a highly matrixed organization. Proactive, with demonstrated ability to identify, analyse and solve problems Comfortable running complex data analyses, interpreting data through a business and marketing lens to create recommendations, producing quantitative models on excel to process, simplify and share insights Structured and linear in storytelling, comfortable bringing insights and tell a story through PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to prioritize, adapt and operate in a consistently changing environment YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Detail-oriented problem solver Demonstrated experience using analytical skills to generate insights from data Mastery of MS Excel required, structuring and evolving complex excel models; Alteryx and Tableau optional Expertise with MS PowerPoint and hands-on experience with project collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Trello, Slack) Previous consulting experience, including slide writing and analytics, strongly preferred At a minimum, you will have: Master degree 1-2 years of full-time experience in strategy consulting/professional/business services YOU'LL WORK WITH Global M&C Transformation Senior Director/Director, BCG’s Head of Marketing Operations, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Communications Officer, Marketing Leadership Team, and the Functional teams within M&C (e.g., Finance and HR Business Partners and other parts of BCG, including the Practice Areas, the Regions and other Functions).
