Job Description
Provide a wide variety of established business support functions for account teams, multiple managers, or departments.

Works independently to solve problems and resolve issues for an existing business, including:
- Produces a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations using PowerPoint and Excel
- Open enrollment support
- Collects, compiles, and analyzes data and provides summaries and observations to the manager
- Participate in special projects

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 33.65

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
-2-5+ yrs relevant experience
-Extensive experience in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
-Knowledge and experience with administrative operations
- Accomplish workload efficiently in a face-paced, demanding environment
-Demonstrates Aetna values through actions and communication
-Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills in order to effectively collaborate with team to reach market goals
-Strong written & verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting sales team is preferred
Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with matrix partners to drive deliverables
