Job Description
2nd Shift

Responsible for the general maintenance of the facility and its systems. Responsibilities also entail knowledge in preventative maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guidelines, work request documentation, spare parts appropriation, and inventory control.

• Perform all tasks in accordance to all OSHA and Facility safety guidelines.
• Ensure optimum equipment and building performance through maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance tasks that are in accordance to the original manufacturers (OEM) specifications and guidelines, or appropriate facsimile thereof; unless otherwise specified by management.
• Experience repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and all associated conveyor equipment.
• Read, comprehend, and interpret technical reference manuals, blueprints, wiring diagrams, electrical/pneumatic schematics, and ladder logic diagrams.

Role Specifics:
• Full Time – Monday thru Friday 3:30pm - 12pm
• Constant walking, bending, reaching, climbing and lifting up to 50 lbs. without reasonable accommodation.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 17.00
Maximum: 17.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
• Experience in general maintenance/repair/preventative maintenance in the subsequent areas: mobile/fixed material handling equipment, electrical systems as well as conveyor systems.
• Experience following appropriate guidelines in the procurement of all spare parts and tools used in the repair of existing equipment.
• Experience with the inventory control procedures in the recording of spare parts when stock is at the minimum level.
• Ability to insure all blueprints, equipment manuals, and other documentation are kept current and safeguarded for the Facility Services’ Library.
