Job Description
CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Specialty Pharmacy Technician at our CarePlus Specialty Pharmacy in Chattanooga, TN. Our location is open 8 am – 6 pm Monday through Friday, and we are seeking to hire someone to work 40 hours per week within these hours of operation. We are closed weekends and major holidays.

As a CVS Specialty Pharmacy Technician, you will assist walk-in clients, process prescription orders from data-entry through production, and ring out prescriptions at the cash register. You will contact patients to arrange for delivery of their specialty medication, perform refill reminder calls, properly pack and prepare specialty orders for delivery, and manage inventory functions. You should be able to lift and ship containers weighing up to fifty pounds. In addition, you will work closely with others to process prior authorizations, copay assistance, and benefits verification.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 17.00
Maximum: 27.90

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
Tennessee Pharmacy Technician License
Minimum of 2 years pharmacy technician experience.
