Job Description

As a fully remote member of a highly focused, collaborative team, you will be responsible for analyzing, modeling, QCing and managing Medicare Part D drug pricing to optimize outcomes for client, member, and our organization. You will work in close partnership with Sales, Underwriting, Networks, and other partners to model scenarios, develop reporting, load pricing, and translate contract requirements. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing, interpreting, and modifying financial models
- Collaborating with a variety of internal and external partners
- Coordinating activates across diverse departments and ensure that contributions across different teams are lined and integrated as part of overall delivery
- Developing and presenting strategic plans and presentations to executive and technical audiences with the goal of obtaining feedback and alignment on project goals and delivery strategies
- Constructing analytic solutions to business problems

You will build and maintain complex financial models, integrating multiple data sources, to accurately model pricing scenario impact. You will also partner closely with our analytics partners to drive scenario and simulation development, review, and modification. Your experience will include translating business needs into analytic questions, and will ideally include experience in pharmacy benefits pricing, particularly Medicare Part D, or related healthcare jobs. Using these skills, you will enable a data driven approach to improve our performance, bringing support to our largest clients which translates into increased member capture and optimized member selection.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience analyzing financial information in MS Excel and related software
* Experience in PBM Contracting, Underwriting or Pharmacy pricing, especially MAC lists
* Experience with in-depth modeling, forecasting techniques and optimization methodologies
* Experience with administrative claims data such as pharmacy or medical claims
* Outstanding financial acumen and ability to understand highly complex financial guarantee structures
* Exceptional judgment, discretion, and confidentiality

Education
Bachelor’s degree required
* Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
