La risorsa, inserita all’interno dello Stream Oral Solid Dose, verrà formata in affiancamento ai Process Expert di reparto sulla realizzazione dei piani operativi, nel rispetto degli obiettivi prefissati per il reparto in termini di qualità, sicurezza ed efficienza e contribuendo al miglioramento continuo degli aspetti documentali e tecnici del reparto avvalendosi di procedure e metodi predefiniti.

Obiettivi e Modalità di svolgimento

•  Esegue le transazioni a SAP legate alle attività di produzione (dai prelievi, scarichi, carichi di prodotto e materiali di lavorazione alle notification per non conformità di tipo qualitativo)

•  Garantisce il monitoraggio degli indicatori di performance dei processi assegnati

•  Verifica la correttezza dei dati contenuti nella documentazione del batch record, la sua compilazione e la conformità finale

•  Esegue il piano di calibrazione periodica degli strumenti di reparto (bilance, pesi, etc)

•  Richiede allo shopper l'emissione di ordini di acquisto

•  Gestisce la documentazione a supporto del reparto come la stesura e correzione dei metodi

•  Partecipa alle iniziative di miglioramento del processo sia dal punto di vista tecnico che organizzativo

Qualifiche e Competenze:

•  Neolaureat* Magistrale in Ingegneria (Chimica, Industriale, Biomedica, Meccanica, Informatica ecc) o Discipline Tecnico/Scientifiche

•  Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese - livello B2

•  Buona conoscenza dei programmi informatici di scrittura e fogli di calcolo

•  Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali; flessibilità; problem solving; approccio al miglioramento continuo

•  Disponibilità ad effettuare turni

•  Assenza di allergie ad antibiotici β-lattamici

Requisiti preferenziali:

•  Conoscenza dei processi produttivi in ambito farmaceutico

•  Esperienza di stage curriculare in realtà analoghe al contesto

•  Conoscenza sistema SAP

•  Essere automuniti
