Senior Manager, Scrum Master
Job Description
The IT Sr MgrScrum Master will be responsible for
driving all phases of medium to large IT projects/programs
to successful completion. The IT Sr MgrScrum Master is
responsible for providing day to day leadership,
management and coordination of all activities pertaining to
project direction, goal setting, planning, estimating,
resource allocation and assignments, project health and
reporting, problem resolution and collaboration with key
stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. In addition,
the Sr MgrScrum Master proactively provides coaching
and
mentoring to individuals and teams for Project
Management best practices, continuous process
improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 115,000
Maximum: 230,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of project management experience including
managing one or more large complex IT product/Software
Development cycles/projects
6+ years of experience in executing complex projects
6+ years of experience working in a PMO (Project
Management Office) environment as project manager, Scrum Master and / or Product Manager
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years experience with Agile or Scrum frameworks
Project Management Professional (PMP), Program
Management Professional (PgMP), Scrum, SAFeAgile
certifications
CSM Certificate
Advanced/Master's degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry, IT systems,
Networks, Applications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
