Manager, Long Term Incentive Services

Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall strategy, direction & planning for GSK Long-term Incentive (LTI) Plans, management of Plan Rules, monitor competitor/market practices and the securities & tax framework
Manage key vendor relationships and monitor service levels of the external providers for LTI Administration, Brokerage, Trustee Services and Tax Compliance and Risk (for both general and special employee groups i.e., International Assignees) ensuring the integrity, efficiency, cost-effective and consistent administration of all plans
Responsible for budget and annual fee review and negotiations.
Work with internal process stakeholders to ensure alignment with external vendors and that service levels are met or exceeded.
Act as a business partner with Reward and Human Resources and external provider to deliver added value to GSK business and facilitate/ensure employee recognition/retention/attraction through the delivery and communication of special long-term incentive awards
Assess requests for special projects, programmes, or changes to current practice for tax compliance, risk and cost and develop response to business and/or project plan depending on outcome of assessment
Liaise with Executive Compensation supporting the review and design of current / future incentive programmes for administration and delivery, support development of new initiatives, managing budget & resource effectively
Partner with Human Resources and Legal on due diligence activities for mergers and acquisitions specifically regarding the treatment of long-term incentives, determination of refill awards and transfer of administration
Effectively lead, manage & develop a high-performing team
Represent GSK externally at Conferences & Seminars ensuring knowledge is shared and incorporated into GSK’s practices where appropriate

Team leadership experience, supporting high-performing colleagues
Systems and technical capabilities required. Knowledge / ability to influence both GSK Data Management and Tech on systems needs and strategy and ensure collaboration with external providers
Understanding of the critical role and need for partnership with Corporate Secretariat, Legal, Tax, Securities, Finance, Treasury in LTI Plan Administration
