Job Description
This position supports the daily processing of appeals in
the National Clinical Appeals Unit. Job functions include,
but are not limited to; completing determination letters,
intake and launching of expedited requests, updating
systems, completing reporting as necessary, working
collaboratively with clinical support staff (Medical Directors, Nurses, Providers, etc.), triage of faxes, and movement of cases in CATS. All work is to be handled in compliance of turn around times.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 34.60

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to multi-task
