Job Description
Processes Benefit installations for all new and renewing Large Group customers. Reviews case installation documents for accuracy and completeness prior to coding into the system. Communicates with internal business partners when appropriate regarding benefit coding.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 17.00
Maximum: 27.90

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
-1+ Year Experience working for an insurance provider or healthcare company, and/or administrative experience in a Medical Facility
-Must be able to use webcam to participate in internal meetings, trainings and other activities as needed
-Ability to work independently
-Attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple priorities
-Strong team player
-Benefit and product knowledge
-Excellent customer service skills
