UM Clinician Behavioral Health
Job Description
Fully remote in USA.
Shift: Wed, Thu, Fri 10:00pm-8:00am, Sat 6:00pm-4:00am MT.
Holiday rotation required.
Utilizes clinical skills to coordinate, document and communicate all aspects of the utilization/benefit management program. Applies critical thinking and is knowledgeable in clinically appropriate treatment, evidence based care and clinical practice guidelines for Behavioral Health and/or medical conditions based upon program focus.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 58,760
Maximum: 125,840
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
One of the following is required: Independent Behavioral Health Clinical license in state of residence (LPC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, etc) OR A Registered Nurse that must hold an unrestricted license in their state of residence, with multi-state/compact privileges and have the ability to be licensed in all non-compact states.
- 3+ years of experience with either mental health or substance abuse disorders required post clinical licensure.
-3+ years of direct clinical practice experience post clinical licensure.
Preferred Qualifications
-Managed care/utilization review experience preferred
-Crisis intervention skills preferred
-Position requires proficiency with computer skills which includes navigating multiple systems and keyboarding
-Sedentary work involving periods of sitting, talking, listening. -Work requires sitting for extended periods, talking on the telephone and typing into the computer
Education
Master's degree in behavioral health OR Bachelor level RN with psychiatric emphasis.
