Project Engineer

Il Project Engineer si occupa eseguire le attività di supporto tecnico e di processo degli impianti e di sviluppare le varie fasi dell'ingegneria per tutte le macchine di processo, rispondendo alle esigenze dei clienti interni per ingegnerizzare migliorie a e/o adeguamenti di macchine esistenti alle necessità del business.

Collabora inoltre con il team di New Product Introduction per studiare nuove tecnologie di processo ove richiesto da nuovi prodotti e gestisce all’occorrenza come Project Manager i progetti specifici di area.

Infine, presidia le conoscenze tecnologiche e metodologiche tipiche della disciplina e funge da interfaccia specialistica verso gli enti regolatori esterni.

  • Verificherai e controllerai i parametri critici di processo e di macchina;

  • Risolverai, unitamente a Produzione, Manutenzione e Qualità, le problematiche tecniche relative alle funzionalità delle macchine di produzione;

  • Applicherai le tecniche di troubleshooting e problem solving per supporto alle risoluzioni delle deviazioni di processo e introduzioni di metodiche standard per la risoluzione delle deviazioni ricorrenti;

  • Definirai le specifiche tecniche per la modifica di impianti esistenti e/o l’acquisto di nuove macchine;

  • Parteciperai, unitamente all’unità di Procurement, alle trattative commerciali di acquisto e alla stesura del contratto con i fornitori;

  • Seguirai la discussione tecnica delle soluzioni proposte dai fornitori e avrai responsabilità sulle attività di FAT/SAT e IQ/OQ nonché sull’installazione degli equipment nello stabilimento.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Esperienza in ambito di impianti di processo sterili;

  • Laurea Magistrale in Ing. Chimica o Meccanica;

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;

  • Conoscenza delle tecniche di troubleshooting e problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Esperienza nella gestione di team di lavoro interni o esterni.
