Do you have a background in engineering or science with an understanding of chemistry, biology or protein science and have an interest in coding and tinkering with instruments? We are keen to hear from people who are excited by the possibilities of using lab automation to enable great science. We are looking for people who:

• Have a passion for instrumentation, robotic platforms and coding
• Are comfortable learning new automated systems and helping scientists perform experiments faster and more efficiently
• Can work with various groups within GSK and enable and support our data driven approach to science

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• B.S. in engineering or science with a biochemistry, chemical, biological or biomedical focus
• Experience or coursework in instrumentation and coding
• Experience or coursework in any of the following languages/tools: Python, Java, Visual Basic, R, RShiny, Matlab

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minor in computer or data science
• Familiar with pharmaceutical drug development
• Experience with data management in pharmaceutical drug product development
