Health Data & Management Solutions, Inc. (HDMS), a subsidiary of CVS Health, is a premier healthcare data analytics company. HDMS is seeking an Account Director to join our Customer Experience Team as the Aetna ART account lead. This position will focus on building strong customer relationships to maintain customer retention and provide best of class customer experience

Key Responsibilities include:
Builds and maintains relationships with clients to provide best in class service to drive growth and retention

Serves as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard client questions to improve the client experience

Understand business goals and create collaborative approach for identifying solutions to meet goals with an emphasis on customer-based business requirements

Work closely with other functional teams across the organization to ensure a disciplined approach to planning, development, and deployment of new product enhancements. Work with other functional areas to develop business workflow diagrams and ensure end-to-end traceability of business process client requirements

Facilitate issue management via engaging internal operational, product & development teams to solve client issues and driving the process to resolution. Identify and organize enhancement requests made by clients and deliver the same to the product development team

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 162,700

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
Multiple years of experience in complex, strategic account relationship management in the healthcare industry, preferably in healthcare analytics

Solid Technical background

Ability to take initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness and new innovative approaches while maintaining a high level of quality

Demonstrated relationship management skills to include ability to influence and negotiate

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify, and respond well to questions

Excellent project management and organizational skills required

Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced atmosphere
