  • Mathematical Ability - Ability to work with mathematical concepts, such as probability and statistical inference; apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Technical Proficiency - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (must be able to construct ad-hoc reporting tools using Pivot Tables and charts, as well as data cleaning and merging across multiple disparate datasets). Preferred candidates will have a basic understanding of relational databases (e.g. MS SQL Server) to extract data for basic analysis and reporting.
  • Pipeline Management - Working knowledge of the concept of pipeline and pipeline management.


  • 3-5 years of CRM active utilization with an enterprise CRM system (MS Dynamics, Sales Force, etc.)
  • Experience in digital marketing with background in customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies - ideally in a similar industry preferred.
  • Experience with marketing communication and automation tools (Marketo, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience with usage and development of reports through business intelligence software (Tableau, etc.) preferred.


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent Required
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in information technology or related subject, preferred
  • Certifications preferred: CDA, MCP, MCSA, MCP
