The CRM Systems analyst plays a major role in the implementation, integration and enhancements of CRM along with reporting capabilities. Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Mathematical Ability - Ability to work with mathematical concepts, such as probability and statistical inference; apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Technical Proficiency - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (must be able to construct ad-hoc reporting tools using Pivot Tables and charts, as well as data cleaning and merging across multiple disparate datasets). Preferred candidates will have a basic understanding of relational databases (e.g. MS SQL Server) to extract data for basic analysis and reporting.
- Pipeline Management - Working knowledge of the concept of pipeline and pipeline management.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of CRM active utilization with an enterprise CRM system (MS Dynamics, Sales Force, etc.)
- Experience in digital marketing with background in customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies - ideally in a similar industry preferred.
- Experience with marketing communication and automation tools (Marketo, etc.) preferred.
- Experience with usage and development of reports through business intelligence software (Tableau, etc.) preferred.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent Required
- Associate or Bachelor degree in information technology or related subject, preferred
- Certifications preferred: CDA, MCP, MCSA, MCP
